Strategy Session with Shahnaz Sultana, WE Global Women Foundation

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Shahnaz Sultana apu, Founder Chair of WE Global Women Foundation and the CEO of FINALLIANCE.

Our main objective was to discuss building sustainable, results-driven mentorship ecosystems for university students. It was an incredibly insightful strategy session, and I walked away with some fantastic takeaways on:

• Process engineering – turning program concepts into clear processes with defined goals and timelines.
